Elizabeth is a sociology student at the University of California, Santa Barbara who is working and studying in Germany as an “Ambassador Abroad” for the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE). She is passionate about education, civil liberties, and creating positive social change through the media and arts. In addition to interning at Common Ground Berlin, Elizabeth serves as a chair for UCSB’s undergraduate student governing body and trains in ballet and modern dance.
